Unlock Your Full Potential with Play
Dale Sidebottom

Years ago, I found myself watching kids play in the schoolyard. They were lost in their imaginary world, their laughter echoed across the playground, and suddenly, it hit me: I had forgotten how to access that pure, uninhibited joy. That magical ability to transform any moment into an adventure.

Like you, I'd filed play under "childhood memories," something we leave behind with finger paintings and juice boxes. However, research has shown that adults who maintain playfulness report 40% lower stress levels and significantly deeper connections with others.

The irony?

As educators and coaches, we champion play for others while denying ourselves its transformative power. We've convinced ourselves that serious work leaves no room for play.

But what if that's exactly backward? What if play isn't just permitted in our professional lives but essential for our impact and well-being?

This week, let's rediscover what we never should have lost.

Are you ready to play again? Let's dive in!

Daily Mission Cards

Life can get hectic, and self-care often gets pushed to the back burner. But what I've learned? When you schedule kindness for yourself, even in the smallest ways, you'll feel the difference. Whether enjoying a favourite song or sipping a cup of tea, these moments fill your cup and help you show up stronger for others.

Invest in yourself. The Kindness and Happiness Mission Cards help make self-care a priority. Check it out on the website ✨
