“While our devices can connect us to the world, they shouldn’t disconnect us from the people right in front of us.” – Alexandra Elle
In today’s fast-paced digital age, our lives are more interconnected than ever before. Technology has undoubtedly revolutionised the way we live, work, and connect with one another. However, as we navigate this digital landscape, it’s essential to pause and reflect on our relationship with it.

St George Girls HS, Sydney
I had the privilege of engaging with 160 Year 11 students at St George Girls High School in Sydney, where we spent a two-hour FunShop to alleviate the stress coming from the demands of the school year.
In our session, we carefully crafted a series of activities that were not only enjoyable but also firmly grounded in the latest scientific research on mental well-being. The goal was to provide these young minds with an outlet to escape the pressures of academia and embrace moments of respite.
We touched these students’ lives so profoundly that they described the experience as nothing short of life-changing. This incredible impact is what we aim for with these resources and in our FunShops through simple yet meaningful activities to manage the stress that burdens students today.
