I've gathered a collection of incredible practices I use regularly, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their self-care practice. Here are my favourite tools for committing to holistic self-care :)

Listening to podcasts with a cup of coffee is one of my favourite sources of motivation ☕ In this snippet episode, we're revisiting a conversation with the renowned storyteller and founder of the Resilience Project, Hugh Van Cuylenberg, who shares his insights on the impact of technology on creativity and empathy in both children and adults. Daily Mission Cards

The next time you feel overwhelmed, consider taking a well-deserved break in silence. It gives you a break from the constant noise and mental chatter and calms your nervous system to reduce stress hormones like cortisol. When overwhelmed, our bodies are in a continuous state of alertness, which can lead to burnout. A brief pause in silence helps reset this cycle! Daily Mission Cards suggests more ways to do this to make a world of difference.

Positive Reflection Battleships

Play is a stress buster 💥 Nothing feels better than letting go of daily pressures and immersing yourself in the moment! This emotional release is essential for well-being. The beauty of this game lies in its spontaneity. There are no scripts, no preconceived answers—just the raw, heartfelt sharing of thoughts and reflections inspired by the questions on your game card.
